Hilary, Head of Operations in the Ratings team at Colliers, gave a comprehensive presentation on business rates in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and how to identify opportunities to reduce those costs, whether the spaces are occupied, in between lettings or being refurbished.

She also covered other reliefs including S44a. Following the presentation FlexSA Executive Director, Jane Sartin, hosted a Q&A session, with a record number of questions submitted by the live audience.
