Flexspace Boughton is a modern business centre providing a range of furnished offices, workshops and studios that are available on flexible terms.

The centre offers ample free car parking and a café, whilst some of our offices also have access to shower facilities.

The offices range from 300 to 575 ft²(28 to 53 m²) and each has its own services with lighting, heating and carpets. Use of a meeting room is also available.

The workshops range from 700 to 2,000 ft²(65 to 186 m²) and benefit from powered roller shutter doors, lighting and WC facilities.

Also on site are a number of Nissen Huts which are ideal for manufacturing or storage use. Each of these units is c. 3,500 ft² (325 m²) and some benefit from a compound area, roller shutter, personnel access doors and WC and washing facilities.
