What is a managed office?

Managed offices typically consist of vacant space rented out by a landlord or property owner and are usually ready for fit-out.

A managed office enables businesses to put their own ‘stamp’ on the workspace and therefore also offers more branding opportunities.

Most managed offices are fitted with basic amenities such as cabling, and their fees may include office cleaning, but they do not offer furnishings, business support, dedicated meeting rooms, reception services or the full range of facilities offered by serviced offices.
