BRINGING A FLEXIBLE NEW APPROACH TO RENTING BUSINESS UNITS
Having recently completed the construction of their new Centre in Cheltenham, which was officially opened by Martin Horwood MP, Space Business Centres are pleased to announce the first 10 lettings at the development.
The schemes brings a new concept to the Cheltenham commercial property market, filling a gap for much needed ‘incubator’ style industrial, office and business units without the need to sign long term leases. The shell units are let on easy-in, easy-out terms with just one month’s commitment from the client.
Alex Gale, Development Manager at Space Business Centres, says: ‘in the current climate of economic uncertainty there is a need for easier access to commercial property. Small businesses, growing businesses and those downsizing need the reassurance that they won’t be locked into a long term lease. Space Business Centres offer the perfect solution. We are delighted that so many small businesses in Cheltenham have already noticed these benefits and have signed up. We are really keen to give as much assistance to the local economy as possible. Furthermore, a number of occupiers have gained financial support from Cheltenham Borough Council Business Pride grants scheme.’
Councilor Steve Jordan, leader for Cheltenham Borough Council said: ''We are pleased to have been able to support Space Business Centres through our Business Pride scheme. This is an example of the many ways we are supporting the local economy - particularly small businesses - during this tough time and we wish the new centre every success.''
Space Business Centres provide a secure working environment with CCTV. The scheme also has various green credentials by way of its use of a rainwater harvesting system and solar power heating. Units are suitable for a variety of uses from industrial, workshop and short term projects to warehouse, storage and office space.
