How the flexible workspace industry can help you

Virtual office services include:

Virtual Mailbox – Keep work and private life separate. If you don’t want to give out your home address, many of our flexible office locations provide a secure mailbox service that receives and stores your mail and packages

Mail Forwarding – If you are unable to collect your mail, it can be forwarded or scanned and emailed to you daily

Call Answering / Telephone Switchboard – It is possible to have trained receptionists answering your phones in your business name, calls can then be transferred to the relevant member of staff, or messages taken

Home Portals – If you already work from a flexible workspace, check whether they have an app for a home portal, which enable you to use all the benefits of your desk phone, from your mobile. If not, you can contact one of our technology trade partners to set this up.

We have heard from many of our members who are going above and beyond to help their customers in these uncertain times.

Below are just a few examples of the initiatives some of our members are providing, and we will be regularly updating a list of offers from both our operator and trade partner members on our website, as well as including details in their individual business entries.

You can search for local flexible workspace and virtual office providers here, or see details of our service providers here.
