Flexible Space Association Welcomes New Member HPH

Recognising the changing face of offices and working from home after the past year, established Bath property company HPH has joined the Flexible Space Association and launched a new offer of serviced offices, HPH PLUS under the banner ‘offices to leave home for’.

Finding the combination of setting and amenity is high on the wish list for many businesses after a year of WFH. With iconic sites, green spaces and the introduction of the Clean Air Zone, there are many benefits to working in the centre of such a vibrant City as Bath.

HPH owns a range of premises throughout the region, including in some of Bath’s most prestigious locations. With a focus on sustainability and forward-thinking, customer-centric service, the company is renowned for its high quality business accommodation suitable for start-ups through to multinationals. As a result it was well placed to provide the full serviced offer to add to its range.

23 Gay Street is a prime example of the HPH approach. Repurposing a Georgian townhouse a stone’s throw away from The Circus and Queen Square into impressive, sustainable and inspirational office space. Occupiers are supported by a local dedicated management team based in Kingsmead Square. With all-inclusive rent and 24/7 access, HPH PLUS provides flexibility to occupiers, from configuration to contract length.

With sustainability at the forefront, HPH buildings are designed to maximise wellness and productivity, from quality surfaces and furnishings and excellent WiFi through to the latest standards in energy efficiency, such as sensor-activated programmable LED lighting and advanced heating controls. 23 Gay Street has superfast broadband but more unusually it also has a secondary connection for back up.

Offices to the rear of 23 Gay Street have views over the City to the hills beyond and overlook the garden which also provides secure cycle storage.

Managing Director of HPH, Lindsay Holdoway, said,

“We have seen dramatic changes in the commercial property market over the past 12 months. Surprisingly, 2020 saw a significant increase in the number of new businesses established, 12 per cent higher than the year before and occupier needs have been changing with the need to work from home and now the desire for many to return to an office.
“We know that the right environment is fundamental for business success. Everything we do is geared towards optimising business growth, from investing in technology to enable resource efficient solutions to reduce costs and improve the working environment through to regular contact with our tenants to ensure we are a positive influence on their business journey.”
