Abbey Business Centres is proud to be a launch signatory to the Business Centre Association's Consumer Charter.
The Charter sets out what consumers can expect from all parties involved in their serviced office space search and ultimate usage.
Under the Charter, brokers are committed to providing completely independent and impartial advice which is free of charge to the user. Space providers are required to provide accurate information and the highest levels of customer service. If either party fail in their duty the client has a right to take the matter to the BCA, who act as adjudicator.
Julie Calder, Managing Director, Abbey Business Centres and current Chair of the BCA is delighted with the new set of industry guidelines.
'This is a significant step forward for our industry and demonstrates how members recognise the importance of building trusting relationships with office clients. Abbey's clients enjoy the double benefit of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee which allows businesses to try our service completely risk-free. We are the first and only operator to provide a cast-iron service guarantee'.
