The Future of Flex Report

Flexible Space Association member The Instant Group has published a new report examining the changing landscape of occupiers and landlords in the flexible workspace sector.

The report looks at trends in different parts of the world, including the UK, where occupancy rates are amongst the highest.

The report also examines expansion plans globally, and assess trends – the offering of new types of membership is the way most operators are changing their offering to clients.

Technology is also a big focus for operators, including smart access to workspace and online booking platforms.
