Property Week Conference Focuses on Flexible Workspace

Property Week’s WorkSpace Conference and Showcase took place this week, with flexible workspace playing a significant part in the programme.

Setting the scene for some of the discussions that took place, an article by the Flexible Space Association’s Executive Director, Jane Sartin, was published by Property Week last week in their magazine, which you can also read online here.

Jane was one of several representatives from the flexible workspace community to participate in the event, taking part in a panel alongside Zach Douglas, CEO of FlexSA member Orega.  The panel was chaired by the event’s host for the day, Mark Easton, Home Affairs Editor at the BBC, and also included Sarah-Jane Osborne of Avison Young.  There was a wide ranging discussion on workspace design trends.

The final session of the day brought together representatives from prominent flexible workspace businesses.  FlexSA member companies were again represented, with Charlie Green of The Office Group and Thomas Sinclair of IWG, alongside Jonny Rosenblatt of Spacemade (all pictured).  They addressed the topic of Where next for the flexible office market as demand grows?, which at a time of growth in the sector, made for a positive end to the discussions.
