Introducing Our Conference Speakers: Advantages for Smaller Operators
Our 14th May Conference programme brings together sessions that will be of interest to flexible workspace operators of every size, and we will have a panel session looking at the competitive advantages for smaller workspace operators.
The panellists come from workspaces based in south east England, Bristol, Leeds and Cardiff.
- The discussion will be hosted by Freddie Fforde, Founder of Patch, a rapidly growing network of neighbourhood spaces.
- From Square Works in Bristol, we have Kevin Vowles, the Head of Community. Square Works offers high-end serviced offices and coworking space with a private members’ club.
- Denise McGeachy is Group Operations Officer at Bracken Workspace Plus, which runs stylish workspace at two locations in Leeds. Denise was elected to the Flexible Space Association’s Board last year.
- Dr Sam Ross is the Business Development Manager at Edinburgh’s The Melting Pot, which offers coworking space dedicated to support social innovators.
The panel will discuss some of the elements that can give smaller workspace operators a competitive edge, such as being able to adapt services more quickly to meet demands, respond to local business needs and play a part within their community.
As well as offering food for thought for other smaller workspace operators, this session will be an informative one for larger operators.
