Free Trial Membership Scheme Extended

The offer of free 6 months’ membership of the Flexible Space Association for flexible workspace operators has been extended for a further year, following its success during 2023.

Throughout last year, workspace operators took the opportunity to get to know the know the Association for free, then joined as full members.  Companies of every size joined, from smaller workspace operators such as Bloxham Mill in Oxfordshire and 2-Work in Leeds, to large and expanding businesses including Cubo and x+why.

The Flexible Space Association’s Executive Director, Jane Sartin, commented: “The scheme to offer 6 months’ free membership was intended as a one-off for 2023, but its success in bringing on board new long-term members of the Association made it an easy decision to extend for a further year.

“Trade associations are always strongest the larger the proportion of the sector they directly represent, with the voice of the industry amplified collectively.  With the flexible workspace industry continuing to grow, we’re looking forward to welcoming new entrants to the market as members, as well as longer established ones which have yet to join.”

Joining FlexSA offers access to a wide range of information and activities.  Alongside a programme of free events, including workspace tours, in-person and virtual roundtable meetings, webinars and special one-off gatherings, there are also member rates for the Annual Conference and Exhibition in May, and Gala Dinner in November.

Membership also opens up access to material such as licence agreement templates, briefings on changes to areas of relevance to the sector such as business rates, and industry news and information.  All member workspace locations are listed in our Workspace Directory, and there’s the opportunity to attend meetings of the Virtual Office Forum, which is seen as invaluable by many of our member companies in meeting with representatives of HMRC, Companies House, Trading Standards and law enforcement related bodies.
