FlexSA’s First Cambridge Event
Yesterday saw the first Flexible Space Association event in Cambridge, with a group from our member companies touring four flexible workspaces.
The tour began at WeWork, close to Cambridge’s main station. We saw a range of office and communal space, including a large open plan area with a variety of seating options and even a football table!
Close by a few doors along on Station Road was Fora, in a similar modern office building, but with the space used in a different way.

We then headed a little nearer to the city centre, visiting two Mantle workspaces, in Nine Hills Road and Regent Street. Each building was exclusively occupied by Mantle, and housed offices and meeting rooms of difference sizes. At their Regent Street workspace, the group enjoyed refreshments on the very smart large roof terrace, with accompanying kitchen and barbecue.
The tour was another opportunity to see a range of flexible workspaces, with different looks and facilities, as well as bringing together people from a number of flex operators.
Within the next few weeks, FlexSA are holding Roundtable Meetings and Workspace Visits in Leeds, Edinburgh and Newcastle – people working at FlexSA member companies can book a place via the events section of our website.
