FlexSA Award Winners Announced

The winners of the Flexible Space Association’s Annual Awards were announced at a sparkling Gala Dinner at The Landmark Hotel in London last night.

The Workspace Design Award recognised the best in the design of new or refurbished flexible workspace.  It was won by TOG for 210 Euston Road, in London.

The Service Innovation category recognised new or expanded services that benefit flexible workspace customers, or clients of businesses providing services to the flexible workspace sector.  The winner was UBC for hUBClub.

The Technology Innovation Award recognised excellence in delivering technology-driven projects that are innovative, and deliver benefits to customers and to the running of flexible workspace.  It was won by Holler Technology.

We made five awards for Excellence in Customer Service, covering different parts of the UK.  The winners were:

  • London and the South East: Landmark and The Space
  • Midlands: Business Lodge Stoke
  • Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales: Clockwise Glasgow
  • North of England: Business Lodge Bury
  • South West England: DeskLodge Bristol

The Industry Achievement Award, recognising an outstanding contribution to the flexible workspace industry, was awarded jointly to Charlie Green and Olly Olsen of The Office Group.

Freya Cross, Chairman of the Flexible Space Association’s Board, said: “The Flexible Space Association Awards are a real celebration of our industry.  After a challenging couple of years, it was wonderful to be able to celebrate our successes together.  As a member of the judging panel, I had the privilege of reading through the dozens of award entries, and reaching a decision was a hard task for every category.”

The awards were presented at FlexSA’s sell-out Gala Dinner, on which the Association’s Executive Director Jane Sartin commented: “It was fantastic to bring together so many people from the flexible workspace industry for our Gala Dinner, particularly at a time when there is a lot of positivity about the role the sector is now playing in supporting the new ways people are working.”

Over the next few days, we will share more details of why each of our winners took home their award.
