Hundreds of nominations were received for the awards, with contributions for the winners including:

Portal Business Centres, Ellesmere Port

‘Our Company has used various rented office space for 20 years ranging from small single offices to whole buildings. Portal Business Centre has without doubt been the most attentive to our needs, both in enquiring how their offerings can be improved or expanded upon and tailored to our specific requirements.  The atmosphere in the building is vibrant, pleasant and accommodating, and this is down to the staff who are present day to day. Nothing is too much trouble.’

UBCUK, Warrington Birchwood

‘The team have been supportive, enthusiastic and positive from the moment of my very first enquiry. We have encountered difficult trading conditions and without the commitment, help and advice from UBC we may not be trading…..They always welcome us with a smile and we are proud to invite guests to our office knowing the centre team will always roll out the red carpet for any visitor, it helps massively to have such a professional front for our business.’

BE Offices, Barbican

‘The team are critical to success and they are first-class, be they front-of-house, or back-office; concierge; administration; or support / cleaning staff.  They are friendly, efficient, helpful and prepared to ‘go the extra mile’……Our clients and new business prospects have always been impressed, which leads to a positive experience and enhanced future business prospects. It has certainly helped us build our business and client relationships.’

technologywithin

‘Great technology that helps us easily manage our workspace. We’ve been working with them for over 10 years and wouldn’t consider another vendor in the sector.  A true partner who understands our business needs!’

Edward Coulson, Instant Offices

‘Edward always makes time to not only liaise with the client, but liaise with us as the service provider too. The quality of the lead is strong, and Edward always manages to get as much info as possible out of the prospective client, which really helps us find the perfect solution for them.’

BE Offices, Supporting Rays of Sunshine

BE Offices have supported children’s charity Rays of Sunshine through a range of activities, from practical support to fundraising by staff.  They provided free office space and associated services at BE Offices’ Wembley business centre, from 2003 right up until the centre closed in April 2019. They sourced new offices for the charity, designed the space, arranged contractors and fitout, persuaded suppliers to donate furniture and services and helped with the move.  All BE employees are given three days paid volunteering leave every year to have the opportunity to volunteer for their chosen charity, and many have used those days to support Rays of Sunshine activities.
