Excellent in Customer Service Award: Hope Park Workspaces

The fourth of the five winners of this year’s Flexible Space Association Excellence in Customer Service Awards that we are highlighting this week is Hope Park Workspaces.  They won the award in the North of England region, once again a competitive category.

Michelle Johson, MD of Hope Park Workspaces, put forward the team working in Bradford for the award, setting out how they go the extra mile for all their customers.

Front of House Receptionist Amy was commended for her efficiency and attention to detail, even picking up litter in the car park on her way in.

Facilities Manager Daniel J is always on hand to help out, undertaking PAT testing, health and safety activities, first aid and much more.  Sales Manager Daniel B onboards new customers, and ensures new offices are spotless on their arrival, taking pride in the services provided.

Finally, the Cleaning Supervisor Steve was commended for going the extra mile to ensure the workspaces always look clean and tidy, and for looking after the members of his team.

Hope Park Workspaces is a not-for-profit, supporting the national charity Transforming Lives For Good.  It supports struggling children and their families, believing change is possible.

Hope Park Workspaces have recently added to their two Bradford locations, with a third opening in Salford Quays, a short journey from Manchester city centre.

The winner of the award was announced at the FlexSA Gala Dinner last month, and Hope Park Workspaces’ Michelle Johnson and Daniel Bullen were there to collect the award from the Flexible Space Association’s Board Chairman, Freya Cross.
