Excellence in Customer Service – South and South West England

The Flexible Space Association Excellence in Customer Service Award for the South and South West England recognised individuals or teams at a flexible workspace location in the South and South West England.

The judges looked for examples of where flexible workspace staff had gone the extra mile to deliver outstanding levels of service to customers.

The Awards were presented in Bristol by Jane Sartin, Executive Director of the Flexible Space Association.

WINNER

UBC Fleet

The community spirit created by Kevin and Dani was commended.  They have run a variety of events for customers, focussing on smaller but more frequent activities to boost morale.  They organised an ice cream van and a mobile coffee franchise to visit.  12 new clients with a total of 95 staff have been welcomed at the centre so far in 2021.

Desklodge House, Bristol

Mel, Sam, Gemma and Justin were praised for their focus on members and their willingness to do whatever is needed to support them.  Their entry included glowing praise from their clients, commending their helpfulness and positivity.

FINALIST

UBC, Cirencester

Lyn and Michelle in Cirencester were praised for being ‘professional, courteous and accommodating’, as well as friendly and efficient.  They support local charities, and endeavour to use local contractors, whilst promoting a sustainable workplace.
