Excellence in Customer Service – Midlands & Wales

The Flexible Space Association Excellence in Customer Service Award for the Midlands & Wales recognised individuals or teams at a flexible workspace location in the Midlands & Wales.  The judges looked for examples of where flexible workspace staff had gone the extra mile to deliver outstanding levels of service to customers.

Two of the awards were presented at a FlexSA event in Birmingham by the Vice-Chairman of the FlexSA Board, Richard McVay.  The finalist’s certificate for Clockwise Cardiff was presented at an event in Bristol.

WINNER

UBC Henley in Arden

Christine and Sophia pride themselves on going above and beyond clients’ expectations.  They host monthly Henley Hub Networking events, and participate in fundraising activities.  They celebrate clients’ special days and successes, and were praised by them for the welcoming environment and support.

FINALIST

Clockwise, Cardiff

Clockwise in Cardiff launched in September 2020 at an obviously challenging time, but 100% occupancy has been achieved and the centre is set for expansion.  Katie and Naomi were praised for their helpfulness, flexibility and response to challenges.  They celebrate the success of their members, and support them through difficult times.

FINALIST

UBC, Birmingham Business Park

Claire and Adele were praised for their organising of events, networking and collaboration.  They’ve held charity events including donut and coffee mornings and pizza lunches, and routinely facilitate introductions between clients that sometimes result in business collaboration.
