Excellence in Customer Service – London & the South East

The Flexible Space Association Excellence in Customer Service Award for London and the South East was to recognise individuals or teams at a flexible workspace location in London and the South East.

The judges looked for examples of where flexible workspace staff had gone the extra mile to deliver outstanding levels of service to customers.

The Awards were presented in London by Freya Cross and Nick Gandy from the FlexSA Board, together with representatives of event sponsors Express Staffing and Directive.

WINNER

Serviced Office Company, Millharbour Court & Davenport House

These two centres in Canary Wharf are run by the same team, and their focus is on creating an environment clients view as home.  They work hard to build relationships, and this is reflected in the praise heaped on them in testimonials from clients, for the standards of service and support, and their friendliness and help during the pandemic.

FINALIST

LentaSpace, Coppergate House, London

Katie, Bobbie-Jo and Jerri were nominated for their teamwork and loyalty to the business.  They take time to get to know clients, and this is reflected in the feedback received on the centre, and client retention.  Their creative problem solving and care for clients during the pandemic has been particularly noted.

FINALIST

UBC, Brentford

Manny and Aysha were nominated for the support they gave to clients throughout the pandemic, going above and beyond to ensure their needs were met.  They work hard to support start-ups, and see excellent client retention levels.  There are regular fundraising and community events, and the centre hosts a free co-working and networking day once a month called Flexi Friday to support local businesses.
