Excellence in Customer Service Award – North of England & Northern Ireland

The Flexible Space Association Excellence in Customer Service Award for the North of England & Northern Ireland recognised individuals or teams at a flexible workspace location in the North of England & Northern Ireland.

The Awards were presented at a FlexSA event in Manchester, hosted by Board Member Andrew Butterworth.

WINNER

Wizu Workspace, The Leeming Building

The Wizu team at the Leeming Building prioritise the highest standards of customer service.  The centre currently has 75 Google reviews, with every single one scoring a perfect 5 out of 5.  Clients praise the ‘professional and friendly staff’ who go out of their way to help, the social events and the services offered.

FINALIST

The Deep Business Centre, Hull

Sami Hindmarsh was nominated for the difference he makes at the centre. He goes above and beyond to anticipate, identify and exceed the needs of clients in a wide variety of ways.  During the pandemic he drew on his skills to become a mental health champion, and even adopted a colleague’s dog as the Centre’s wellbeing dog.

FINALIST

Clockwise, Belfast

Rachel, Caolan and Lauren have a real attention to detail.  They research businesses moving in, and make connections between members.  When a member was nominated for an award, they surprised her with a celebratory viewing of the virtual ceremony.  During the pandemic they kept in touch with their clients with quizzes, webinars and online meet-ups.
