Developing a Marketing Strategy and Plan
The second in the Flexible Space Association’s new series of Workspace Wisdom Webinars took place today, focusing on the topic of developing a marketing strategy and plan.
Zoe Ellis-Moore, CEO and Founder of FlexSA member Spaces to Places, presented an overview of top tips to increase the brand awareness of flexible workspaces, and ultimately increase customer numbers.
She covered everything from utilising social media and websites, to more traditional marketing methods such as leaflet drops in the community, and demonstrated how marketing strategies can be developed to suit every budget.
