Churchill Group Becomes an Employee Ownership Trust
Flexible Space Association Service Provider Member Churchill Group has announced today that it has become an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
Churchill Group, which joined the Association earlier this year, comprises specialist businesses covering cleaning, catering, security, front-of-house, environmental and compliance.
An Employee Ownership Trust is a trust that enables a company to become owned by its employees. EOTs do not involve direct share ownership by employees, but a controlling interest in the company is transferred to an all-employee trust which is then held for the benefit of employees.
Churchill Group believes that the move will ensure it remains true to its founding entrepreneurial ethos and its core values.

The company will continue to be managed by the existing leadership team, with the founders supporting the long-term stability and sustainability of the business.
