Our first ‘Workspace Wisdom Webinar’ of 2024 kicked off the new year with a look ahead to predicted trends and developments in Facilities Management to support flexible workspace operators.
Presenter Dominic Folliss, Commercial Director from facilities management experts Churchill Group explored the latest trends and happenings in the FM sector, and insight into an array of tools and technologies that flex operators can utilise when considering their own facilities management.
The presentation touched on increased clients demand for ESG and sustainability reporting, the potential of AI in supporting data-driven making, and using technology to remain cost efficient and optimising space.
The session offered advice and considerations which could be applied to workspaces of all sizes, to understand and support delivering consistent facilities management.
