Re-Direction of Mail from a multi-let building

The Redirection of Mail Service is provided under the Schemes as prescribed by the Postal Services Act 2000. For business purposes, the Royal Mail cannot redirect mail from an address you share with other organisations, nor can it redirect personal mail addressed to your business. This also applies to mail sent by other couriers (including Parcel Force).

Clients therefore cannot seek to set up redirection of mail, as this will result in the disruption of mail for the remaining occupiers of the Business Centre or managed Workspace.
