There are 30 small offices ranging in size from 1-person to 8-person offices all with 24 hour access. A meeting room is provided free of charge, bookable or up to 6 hours in any week. The rental fee includes top of the range internet and all utilities.
The car park, which is currently not full, is on a first-come basis and there is also a car park within 5 minutes walking distance if required. The building and grounds are well maintained and security is paramount.
