Ideally 1 year in a customer service background, be of smart appearance, articulate, with a strong ability to problem solve, multi task, plan and organise. Strong communication skills are paramount to the role. Going the extra mile with enthusiasm, working from the customer back, resilient and flexible with proven experience in working within a team environment. You need to be self motivated, professional and approachable, working the hours necessary to achieve the business results.
