Job Description

Ideally 1 year in a customer service background, be of smart appearance, articulate, with a strong ability to problem solve, multi task, plan and organise.  Strong communication skills are paramount to the role. Going the extra mile with enthusiasm, working from the customer back, resilient and flexible with proven experience in working within a team environment. You need to be self motivated, professional and approachable, working the hours necessary to achieve the business results.  

The Role: Opening and closing up of the centre, reception service will be provided and managed to ensure it meets the business needs of the clients.  All services should be carried out in a courteous and timely manner.  The range of services that are provided through reception to the clients include:  

  • Reception and security
  • Meeting and Training Rooms
  • Help Desk
  • Switchboard Service
  • Postal & courier Services
  • Taxi booking service
  • General Housekeeping
  • Client Services, to include Move in and Out procedures
  • General Administration
  • Marketing/Sales  
  • Attending Team Meetings  
  • Health & Safety
