Job Description

The flexible office sector is one of the fastest growing industries in Real Estate. Due to growth, this world- renowned agency is looking to grow its serviced office advisory team. The aim of this role is to expand senior knowledge level within the team and of continue to increase the number of transactions made.

Liaising with internal and external clients. Advising on all aspects of the serviced office market, products available and identify key opportunities within our global client real estate portfolios. Including; new acquisitions, projects, global growth, account management, cost bench-marking with traditional offices and to deliver value to occupiers of all sizes.

Whilst managing broad spectrum of fast paced projects from market research through to completion. Offering occupiers advise and having the ability to identify opportunities for occupiers to revaluate their real estate portfolios.

Assumes a high degree of responsibility for winning new business, support to existing clients and delivering an outstanding aftercare process.

  • Continues to develop their understanding of flexible office sector, building expertise and developing a reputation both within and outside the Organisation
  • Create and develop lasting and mutually beneficial relationships to ensure client satisfaction, both internal and external.  
  • Sets and achieves own objectives in line with business planning and updates with line manager as necessary
  • In-depth knowledge in the serviced office sector, provider package differences, office provider terms and negotiation points

Key Responsibilities  

  • Experience in managing fast paced projects from start to finish and full understanding of the serviced office sales cycle.
  • A strong communicator face to face and written, with clear and concise message delivery to wider business and client network.
  • Demonstrates thinking beyond their own business agenda, even the teams and incorporates cross-selling as a standard part of their routine.
  • Experience in networking, building relationships internally and externally. Resulting in developing a pipeline of business opportunities by using high level of initiative.
  • Establish and maintain own and team profile internally and externally through effective PR and deal promotion. Thinking outside the box to establish themselves as a ‘go to’ advisor.
  • Manage or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender / reporting documents, delivering pitches / presentations and conducting negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, actively developing business opportunities internally through various sources

  • Ensure projects, reports, etc are delivered on time and in budget.
  • A strong communicator verbally and written with clear and concise message delivery to wider business. Experience in business development and client relationship management; cold calling as appropriate.

Experience required  

  • Proven track record in managing sales cycle and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience of leading projects to deliver seamless client service
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
  • Business development and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrable understanding of client needs
  • Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
  • Experience in lead client contact positions, conducting pitches and presentations
  • Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
  • In-depth market and local knowledge in the relevant business area
  • Financial acumen and budget management High level business and report writing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of current legislation and case law relevant to role
  • Some experience in managing people and teams IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
