Lord Sugar's Amsprop put 16 Arlington Street up for sale

Amsprop, the company owned by Lord Sugar,has put up for sale its office building in St James’s, London.

The sale of 16 Arlington Street for £5.1m includes office space and a luxury residential apartment on part of the lower ground floor, that is for the exclusive use of the owner-occupier.

David Silver of Beauchamp Estates, the agent dealing with the sale, says: “It would be ideal as a corporate headquarters or chairman’s office.”

The Gatehouse is an elegant Grade 1 listed building situated on the west side of Arlington Street close to the Ritz hotel. Whilst the building is Grade 1 listed it provides modern flexible offices with the added benefit of two secure parking spaces.
