Bracken Developments have announced the opening of their third business centre in Leeds, Albion Court, and with this growth in their portfolio comes their rebranding to Bracken Business Centres
Denise McGeachy, Bracken’s centre manager, said: “Strategically, Albion Court is the perfect fit for us as its ultra central location will broaden our appeal to potential clients and give our existing customers more choice. The building retains its characterful and quirky feel which is the trademark of all our centres.”
Bracken’s prestigious developments, Calls Wharf and The Tannery, are already ‘powered by essensys’ and in keeping with the desire to offer leading edge technology to tenants, essensys has once again been selected as ICT provider at Albion Court.
Michael Guest, essensys Director, commented: “We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with the Bracken team at their latest business centre. With essensysCloud technology and Bracken’s renowned levels of customer service I am sure Albion Court will be a great success.”
Opening in September 2012, the addition of Albion Court to Bracken Business Centres portfolio will see them become the largest independent business centre operator in Leeds.
