The Park Lane Hotel was the venue for this year’s BCA Awards and Gala Dinner spectacular.
Over 300 people from the flexible space sector enjoyed an evening of terrific food, entertainment and dancing all in aid of celebrating the achievements of the industry over the past year.
The evening kicked off with the announcement of the winners of the BCA Awards. As always, each category was keenly fought. The first winner of the evening was Will Tattersall, from Instant who won the BCA Broker Representative of the Year Award. Congratulations also go to his fellow finalist in this category, Paul Conway from SOS. Trade suppliers continue to play a key role in helping the flexible space sector grow and thrive, and the Trade Supplier of the Year Award is recognition of this.
The outright winner of the BCA Trade Supplier of the Year was Justin Harley, the Managing Director of Hub Create. The 2015 Independent Business Centre of the Year category was one of the most competitive, and three finalists were in attendance to watch the winner crowned.
Stonebridge Office, Leeds was named Independent Business Centre of the Year, with David Sunter, Business Development Manager, present to collect the award. The other finalists were Circle Offices, Bishopsgate and The Club House London who were commended for their achievements across the year. The quality of the finalists demonstrated that Independent Business Centres continue to thrive across the country.
The last category of the evening was the Group Business Centre of the Year Award. The finalists in this category were: Business Environment – Minories, M S O - Manchester, Business Environment – Wembley, and Regus - Jersey. The winner was Business Environment – Minories, and the award was collected by the Centre Manager Nicola McGonagle. Whilst there can only be one winner in each category, all of our finalists were deserving of recognition for their achievements.
As Angelo Starr and The Team took to the stage and guests took to the dancefloor, there was a potent sense in the room that the flexible space industry continues to go from strength to strength. With 2015 coming to an end, we look forward to 2016 being another year of success and achievement for our sector. We also look forward to recognising that success at the BCA Awards and Gala Dinner in 2016.
