Within two weeks of signing the lease on its 16th location in the Capital, Avanta Managed Offices has filled the new business centre to capacity.
The Grade 2 listed building at 4 Cavendish Square W1, is being managed by Avanta under a five year management agreement with Barwa Capital (UK) Ltd, and houses 130 workstations and a 32-seat tiered auditorium with state-of-the-art AV equipment. The building is in superb condition having undergone a £4million refurbishment in 2008.
